Gorge Walking
Gorge Walking or Canyoning is a fun, safe, enjoyable activity that involves climbing up or walking down a river bed. You may also need to jump into deep clear pools or slide down waterfalls during the course of your day. Sometimes you may have to abseil if the waterfall is too big.
Our gorges are all in North Wales and under the full tutelage of our qualified instructor you will enjoy an action packed session.
We have three levels of gorge walking to choose from:
- Beginner: (suitable for families and individuals)
A gentle introduction to the world of gorge walking, this gorge is suitable for all ages and is especially fun for families. Experience floating through clear pools, climbing up cascading falls and sliding down natural rock slides.
- Intermediate: (suitable for individuals and groups)
This gorge is a bit more adventurous and involves deeper pools, longer slides and a few jumps. Are you brave enough to attempt the "sump" or the "superman slide"
- Advanced: (for those who’ve done it before)
This is a full day of gorge walking in our two best gorges. Experience the elephants bum, the superman slide and a few others.
Gorge walking is usually run as a half day session but why not combine it with another of our exciting activities.
